What does benchmarking allow me to do?
Benchmarking shows you how your site’s AI citation performance compares against all other brands in the Flowgen Network. Each of your pages is ranked, so you can see exactly where you stand and whether your work is moving the needle.
Do I have to opt in?
Yes. You can only access Benchmarking data once you opt in, and you can opt out at any time. Customers who do not opt in are not part of the pool.
If I opt in, what gets shared?
Benchmarking relies on citation data from public web pages that is captured from verified citation bots, aggregated, and anonymized. No human visitor data or PII is included.
What data is included?
To be included, a page must clear a specific citation threshold over a 7-day window, so every comparison reflects statistically significant performance.
What happens if I opt out?
If you choose to opt out of Benchmarking after opting in, your site is removed from the pool and your citation metrics stop contributing to comparisons going forward.
